Congratulations to a member of our Association on his election to the State Duma!

The IPA Kirov wholeheartedly congratulates its member — Andrey Olegovich Berezin — on his election as a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation!

This is a significant event not only for Andrey Olegovich, but for our entire Association. We take pride in the fact that a person who shares our values and has a thorough understanding of the challenges facing law enforcement officers will represent the interests of citizens at the federal level.

We sincerely rejoice in this victory and wish you new achievements for the benefit of Russia, the Kirov Region, and its citizens!
